FAQ – Tariffs on our products

Dear Customer,

Effective immediately, the United States Government has announced changes to import tariffs on many electronic components from China.
A previously announced tariff increase of up to 145% has been placed on a 90-day pause. While this higher rate is not currently in effect, it may still be implemented depending on future trade developments.

At this time, the current total tariff rate stands at 55%, which includes the longstanding 25% Section 301 tariff from 2018, a 20% tariff introduced in March 2025 related to Fentanyl-related trade actions, and a 10% reciprocal tariff imposed in April 2025.

As a result, ZETTLER Group companies, unfortunately, must continue to pass on the increased tariff costs to our customers, as we have done in the past. This will be reflected in a surcharge, which you’ll find clearly listed in the surcharge column and surcharge total field on your invoices.

Please note that these tariff rates are subject to change or further increases, as tariffs have fluctuated in the past. We will monitor these changes daily and keep you informed.

We understand the impact this may have on your business and appreciate your understanding as we navigate these changes. Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Thank you for your continued partnership.
