FAQ – Tariffs on our products

Dear Customer,

Effective immediately, the United States Government has announced changes to import tariffs on many electronic components from China.

At this time, the current total applicable tariff rate is 45% for shipments received after November 15, 2025, consisting of the following components:

• 25% – Longstanding Section 301 tariff (implemented in 2018).
• 10% – Tariff introduced in March 2025 as part of Fentanyl-related trade actions (this was reduced in November 2025 from 20% to 10% on new imports).
• 10% – Reciprocal tariff imposed in April 2025.

As a result, ZETTLER Group companies must continue to pass through these tariff costs to our customers, consistent with our past practice. This will be reflected as a tariff surcharge, clearly shown in both the surcharge column and surcharge total field on your invoices unless otherwise agreed between ZETTLER and the customer in writing.

Please be aware that these tariff rates remain subject to change, as tariff policies have fluctuated in the past. We will continue to monitor developments daily and keep you informed as updates occur.
